Image & content requirements

To accurately represent your product line(s), ideally, live product samples should be provided. This allows for the capture of images and content including exact dimensions and weight as well as transcription of product information and out of packaging imagery.

Please have two product samples sent to:

Alternatively, electronic files can be submitted. Please note, for accurate representation, inclusion of all panels including and fold-outs must be included.

Requirements:

• 1500 x 1500 pixels (exact)
• White background
• J-peg format
• Named by GTIN or UPC, panel images named sequentially (UPC_1, UPC_2,etc)
• Primary image should be camera right for box items showing side and top at 10 degree angle, camera front again with 10 degree angle to present depth of product.
• Panel shots to display entire product, no cropping
• Excel file with GTIN/UPC, description, dimensions and weight

  • Marketing images with features/benefits (jpg or pdf only)

HRG will take it from there, managing all product content transcription and uploading to the Medipim portal.
